While other kickboxing gyms just teach punches and kicks, at Phoenix Fitness & Martial Arts you’ll learn elbow and knee strikes as part of your training – the Muay Thai form of kickboxing is arguably the most complete and effective style. You’re constantly moving, whether punching and kicking a heavy bag, hitting focus mitts, or holding pads for a partner. As such, it’s a fantastic way to get in shape and maintain fitness – you’ll burn a ton of calories in every workout!

When you're ready, we'll pair you with a classmate of similar size and skill so you can practice with someone holding and moving pads around, to provide you with more realistic training.
