Out of respect for your privacy, the following explains our practices with respect to collection, disclosure and use of personal information provided to us in connection with your use of Phoenix Fitness and Martial Arts club.

Phoenix Fitness and Martial Arts will not disclose or sell your email address or any of your other personal information to any other person or organization, except in the event of a medical emergency or if required by law.

Phoenix Fitness and Martial Arts does use this information to stay in touch you with you directly. However you have the option to opt-out at any time.

Use of Information

Any personal information received in connection with your use of our facility will be used for the sole purpose of helping you succeed at Phoenix Fitness and Martial Arts by informing you of programs, services or events we offer.

In the interests of efficiency, ecology and economy, we are striving to communicate with Phoenix Fitness and Martial Arts members and prospective members electronically, in addition to conventional mailings. If available, we will be collecting every member’s and prospective member’s e-mail addresses to accomplish these goals.

Should you receive any unwanted e-mail from Phoenix Fitness and Martial Arts, you may opt out of our e-mail communication in part or in total at any time by giving Phoenix Fitness and Martial Arts written or electronic notice of your decision to opt out. In that event, should we need to reach you with critical information or items of interest, we will contact you instead by telephone or regular mail.

Phoenix Fitness and Martial Arts may revise this policy from time to time. Our privacy policy will at all times be kept current, with copies available at the front desk upon request.
